The physical culture of working out, getting stronger and more fit often results in sore muscles, tweaked body parts, aches, pains and sometimes overuse injuries.  Acupuncture, Massage, Chiropractic, Dry Needling and more have been very helpful to me but learning how to maintain my body, recover from the pain and get back out there is also extremely important.  We go over resources that you can use to do basic maintenance on yourself and keep you in the game.
