I was inspired to do this podcast after going elk hunting with my son. I realized how hard elk hunting was and decided to talk about how to train towards your goals. This year I have been focused on the Crossfit Games and I've learned how to target my training for what my goals are. There are some tricks to supplementing your training routine with things that will prepare you for the event you have in mind. I go into some of those tricks in this podcast.
